We currently cover Warminster, Westbury, Frome and the surrounding villages. If you’re unsure whether you’re in our catchment area, just message us — we can sometimes travel further for house sitting or multi-pet households.

We are a welfare-first service, grounded in MSc-level animal behaviour and welfare science.
We use force-free training, keep group walks intentionally small (maximum of three dogs), and match dogs based on temperament, age and individual needs.
Your animal’s emotional wellbeing is always our priority.

A maximum of three dogs per group walk. Dogs without reliable recall or those who prefer space from others are walked solo to ensure safety and comfort for everyone.

Yes. We offer puppy drop-ins, short solo walks, toilet breaks and gentle training foundations using positive reinforcement.
Puppies under 1 year old cannot join group walks for developmental and welfare reasons.

For overnight stays, the deposit is non-refundable and the balance will be taken 7 days before your holiday which is also non-refundable.

Absolutely. We provide care for cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens, horses, and more.
Cat visits include feeding, enrichment, litter changes and affection — only if your cat wants it, of course.
Each visit is tailored to your pet: toilet breaks, feeding, enrichment, medication (if pre-agreed), cuddles or quiet company.
For anxious or sensitive pets, we use consent-based handling to reduce stress.
For regular dog walking and drop-ins, we require 48 hours’ notice.
For house sitting, deposits are non-refundable, and cancellations within 7 days of the start date require full payment.

If you request the use of aversives, we will politely decline.

We follow a maximum four-hour rule. Many dogs require less time alone, so we base our routine on what they are used to.

For more complex medical needs, we’ll discuss this at your meet & greet.

That is Nelly! This logo actually started its life as a tattoo on Gemma’s left arm (if that’s not commitment I don’t know what is). After seeing the design and chatting with her tattoo artist, she decided it would make the perfect logo.

We specialise in sensitive, nervous, rescue and reactive dogs.
